Shipping Policy for D&Y Trading LLC
D&Y Trading LLC is proud to offer fast shipping virtually any address in the world at competitive prices. We have stock available in China, USA, Canada, Germany, UK, Australia, items will be shipped from the corresponding warehouse in 24 working hours after your order completed the payment. Free shipping up to 10 Asian countries and regions, contiguous 48 United States, Australia, Canada, 22 EU member countries. D&Y Trading LLC reserves the right to notify you of any additional shipping charges necessary to deliver your order. You’d be notified of any additional charges necessary to deliver your order. If you are notified of any additional charges, you will have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.
D&Y Trading ship from seven warehouses including China, USA, Australia, Canada, EU, United Kingdom, Russia you will need to go to the corresponding store to place your order. Choose it from the top right corner of the website home page.
China Warehouse (Factory)

Except USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Russia, other countries will ship you from China such as, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand....etc. There may have extra shipping.
Support all orders in the United States. Free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States from USA warehouse, shipments come via UPS or USPS carriers. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska do not qualify for free shipping offers. Shipments will from China warehouse and an extra shipping will be needed. We will send you an extra shipping quote by email in 24 working-hours after you placed the order. Shipments come via DHL or FEDEX carriers.
Support orders for Australia. Free shipping, all shipments come via AUpost or Toll carriers.
Support orders from Canada. All shipments come via Canada post carriers normally .
Support orders for 24 European countries: 21 countries of them including Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Croatia, Cyprus, Iceland, do not qualify for free shipping offers, we will send you a extra shipping quote by email in 24 working-hours after you placed the order.
All shipments come DHL carriers from Germany warehouse (Ireland will ship from UK warehouse). When the item out of stock in Germany warehosue and it is available in UK warehouse, it can be shipped from UK warehouse and a little extra shipping will be needed.
United Kingdom Warehouse
All shipments come via DHL or YODEL normally. When the item out of stock in UK warehosue and it is available in Germany warehouse, it can be shipped from Germany warehouse and a little extra shipping will be needed.
All shipment from Russia warehouse for Russian buyers, if the Russia out of stock will ship from China and a little extra shipping will be needed.
If your area is not in the above, you should choose China warehouse, we will send you an extra shipping quote by email in 24 working hours after you placed the order. All shipments come via DHL or FEDEX, we will choose the most appropriate one after compared prices and shipping times.
Immediately after placing an order with D&Y Trading LLC, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Normally most in-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours of the order payment completed with the exception of stock-out items and built-to-order products. Orders placed over the weekend are received and processed as soon as possible on Monday morning. Please understand that it takes time to process the payment, especially payment by PayPal Express Checkout, it takes 3-7 days usually.
The tracking number for the order will be sent to the email address in 24 working hours after the Order Processing. And you can check the updated status when login to your account. Also we will email you 2-3 times later to follow up the delivery time and remind you to pick up the package in time. So please make sure your mailbox and phone are available, and care about your order within 7 days. So you will not miss any news about the package.
If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply to you in 12 business hours. If your tracking number not work in 3 working days after you get it, please email to us. Occasionally there may be a mix-up in the warehouse and you may have received an incorrect tracking number. We will send you the available one. Sometimes special circumstances will delay logistics updates. We will check and feedback to you.
If you have to change your order after you completed the payment, please contact us for the first time when you realize that. We will reply to you ASAP and try our best to correct it. Please understand that if the item has shipped from the warehouse, the changing maybe will not success, or there is time and cost increase.
Your Order Shows Delivered Buy You Don't Have It
If your tracking number shows delivered on the shipping company’s website but you don’t have it, please do the following:
• Check the area around your home for the package and ask anyone it may have been left with.
• If the package is not found please call the shipping company’s directly to report a missing package. So you can get the logistics information fastest.
• Please email to us about it at the same time.
D&Y Trading LLC can not be held responsible for packages stolen from the delivery address so please be sure to ship to a secure location! If the items are lost, we need at least 30 days to investigate. So after we provide the tracking number, hope you can follow the logistics dynamics of the items, continue to view our mail about the notification, so you will receive the items successfully.
There are rare and unforeseen events out of our control that may effect shipping times. Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by our delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Most carriers will not ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box for your shipping address, we may have to contact you for an alternate delivery address. Please note that if you are placing an international order may still have taxes or duties, which you are responsible for.
